1. Account Manager
The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for primarily prospecting and closing new business. The AM serves as the primary contact for decision-makers and leads the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Researches, contacts, qualifies, prepares and presents proposals to acquire new business t
• Coordinates and leads sales efforts with other sales resources
• Ensures smooth transition of on going account management to account manager.

Competencies:
• Self-starter, results oriented
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong financial acumen
• Computer literacy, including competency related to MS-Windows-based applications
• Detail oriented with strong administrative follow-up and follow-through
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
• Thorough knowledge of company products and services
• The ability to develop strong business relationships
• The desire to close new business opportunities

2. Derrivatives trader
A Derivatives Trader is responsible for:
• Assists in marketing of the investment product
• Performing analysis on Foreign Exchange and Index futures market
• Maintaining client’s account

Requirement:
• Bachelor Graduates from any fields, fresh graduates welcomed
• Or, Diploma with prior organisational experience
• Candidates should be open minded, business minded and possess reasonable learning capabilities
• Readiness to face challenges is a must

3. Management Human Resorces

This role requires an HR Professional with hands-on experience in all aspects of human resource management. In particular, the candidate should have the competency to established and maintain HR policies and procedures, coordinating and carrying out training and development activities, recruitment strategies, facilitating succession planning program, reviewing HR practices and supports the divisions in achieving the Company business objectives.

Requirement:
• Male / Female
• S1/S2 Degree from reputable university
• Min 1 years experience in Managerial position
• Fluent in English and computer literate
• Highly developed Human Resources Management System, Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, target oriented, creative and innovative
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team and bring professionals together in the provision of excellent service delivery
• Hands on in handling the confidentiality of restricted information for corporate and either employees
