Management Trainee (Management Associate)

Citibank Indonesia Global Consumer Group is currently recruiting
exceptional young graduates from top universities across the world to be part of our Management Associates program.
The 12-month Program combines classroom and online training, on-the-job assignments, structured job rotations and self-study. The Management Associates Program is designed to expand Citibank's talent and leaders' bench strength by developing high-potential individuals with superior leadership and skills for Senior Management who will make significant contributions to the businesses and take the organization to a yet highest level of development and growth.
Candidates must have Master's Degree with any background from highly reputable Universities with a minimum GPA >= 3.50 and a maximum of 2 years of working experience.

IT Audit

Requirements :
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology
* Having at least 5 years in IT Audit (preferably from Public Accounting Firm)
* Excellent English Communication skills

Responsibilities :

Conduct IT/ Information Security Audit for Consumer Banking
Customer Care Supervisor

Objective:
* Manage ownership of all customer problem by performing end to end investigation.
* Manage severe cases to be resolved within standard time. Avoid repetition of complaint, media & litigation cases.
* Coordinate investigation process thru various area along with the communication delivery


Requirements :
* Bachelor or Master Degree
* Having at least 4 years working experience in managing people in services industries (preferably in Foreign Banking or other MNC Service Companies)
* Familiar with operation process of Banking & Bankcard
* Excellent English Communication skills


Primary Responsibilities :

* Managing, monitoring and controling all incoming media, presidential, regular letter, lost card, potential litigation & adhoc cases.
* Ensuring escalation to Supervisor Head lead to media & litigation are timely.
* Developing staff problem handling skills by increasing level of knowledge, experience, information sharing etc.
* Coaching & managing staff productivity
