Talent Management Officer (TMO)

Responsible to analyze individual competencies, conduct development plan, monitor and review it progress regularly.
Job Requirements:

* Bachelor / Master degree (S1/S2) from reputable university (preferably from Psychology background) with min.GPA 2,75 for bachelor degree and min. GPA 3,25 for master degree

* Max 27 years old

* At least 2 years experience as HRD

* Energetic and possess excellent interpersonal skills

* Proven leadership skill in extracurricular activities

* Strong analytical thinking

* Good communication and presentation skill

* Able to monitor and maintain employee’s development

* Have good sense in developing others

* Proficient in English

* Willing to be located throughout Indonesia (is a must)

IT-Database (IT-DBA) & IT-System Analyst (IT-SA)

Responsible for analyzing, developing & reviewing project and/or system related with database and Fleet transaction application.

Job Requirements:

* Min. 2 years experience as Oracle DBA (specific running in Enterprise class machine / not PC based) (IT-DBA)

* Excellent skill on Unix / Solaris (IT-DBA)

* Willing to work after office hour / anytime it is needed (IT-DBA)

* At least 1 year experience as system analyst (IT-SA)

* Excellent skill on Java Programming Language, Magic or Oracle Form, SQL command (IT-SA)

* Familiar with IT system development life cycle & documentation (IT-SA)

Credit Analyst (CA) & Sales Officer (SO)

Responsible for survey and credit scoring (CA).
Responsible for achieve target sales and maintain relationship with dealer & customer (SO)

Job Requirements:

* Min. Diploma Degree (D3) with min. GPA 2.50 (SO)

* Min. Bachelor Degree with min. GPA 2.50 (CA)

* Have motorcycle and driving license (SIM C)

* Hard worker, honest, integrity, target oriented, competitive and open for challenge

* Interest in operational job

National Marketing Head (NMH)

Responsible to make plans for national marketing, organize and control the activities in order to increase organization’s revenue. You are required to conduct marketing strategy, build relationship with stakeholders, manage sales and operation activities, and recommend sales target for each branch and monitor the target achievement.

Job Requirements:

* Min. bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university (preferably from Economics) with min GPA 2,75 (scale of 4)

* Max.35 years old

* At least 3 years experience in similar job and position (with good track record) at Leasing / Multinational / Automotive / Banking / Consumer Retail Company

* Excellent man management & leadership skill

* Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills

* Target oriented & strong analytical thinking

Branch Manager (BM-DKI/SMT/WJA/CJA/EIN)

Responsible for all branch’s business process activities include increasing sales volume, managing & maintaining existing accounts, maintaining good relation with key decisions makers within dealers, and service excellence to our customers.

Job Requirements:

* Min. bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university (preferably from Economics) with min. GPA 2,75 (scale of 4)

* Max. 35 years old

* At least 3 years experience as Branch Manager with good track record at Leasing / Multinational / Automotive / Banking / Consumer Retail Company

* Excellent man management & leadership skill

* Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills

* Target oriented & strong analytical thinking

* Candidates will be located in Jakarta (BM-DKI), Sumatera (BM-SMT), West Java (BM-WJA), Central of Java (BM-CJA), and East Indonesia (BM-EIN).

Sales Head (SH)

Responsible for branch’s marketing & sales activities, include organizing & controlling the sales activities: conduct sales planning and strategy to achieve sales’ volume, maintain employee’s performance, and others

Job Requirements:

* Min. bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university (preferably from Economics with min.GPA 2,75 (scale of 4)

* Max.35 years old

* At least 2 years experience as Sales Head with good track record at Leasing / Multinational / Automotive / Banking / Consumer Retail Company

* Excellent man management & leadership skill

* Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills

* Target oriented & strong analytical thinking

* Willing to be located throughout Indonesia
