HSBC Resident Management Trainee [RMT]
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
* An initial 18 months on-the-job training program for manager level position, provide exposure to the breadth of our Indonesia Banking business, preparing talent for a generalist management career in HSBC Indonesia.

* Successful candidates will be assigned in certain departments to hold a manager position in the respective department. After 12 months period, the performed trainees will have opportunity to be sent to HSBC Head Office Training Center in UK, for a seven-week training program, together with other participants of the similar program across HSBC Group around the world, before they continue their assignment in HSBC Indonesia.

Requirements:
* Minimum bachelor degree in any subject from top universities with outstanding achievement / GPA, plus MBA or equivalent degree is an advantage.
* Up to two years of working experiences is preferred.
* Strong leadership skills and confidence to lead by example, as well as inspire achievement in others.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and real enjoyment of working with people.
* Excellent communication skills, both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* A natural flair for building relationship with customers and winning their business.
* A genuine interest and determination to drive income growth.
* Strong team work skills, plus the ability to achieve both individual and collective goals.
* Innovative and creative, along with a “can do” attitude, in order to drive business forward.
