Responsibilities:

>>>It is a development program that will enable managerial and professional personnel to achieve required standards or performances for competencies associated jobs in cigarettes business for a year. The incumbent will receive interesting and competitive compensation and benefit.

Requirements:

.) Hold Bachelor Degree with min. GPA 3.00 or Master Degree with min GPA 3.3 from any educational background. Thus, for overseas educational background must have minimum score highly distinction.
.) Fresh Graduates (earned Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) maximum 2 years ago).
.) Having a minimum TOEFL score of 500
.) Strong analytical thinking, achievement orientations, integrity and team player.
.) Available to be relocated to major cities in Indonesia
